Las diferencias en el salario hora promedio muestran que la brecha de g\u00e9nero en las ocupaciones masculinizadas es del 14,7% y del 11,1% en las feminizadas, frente al 8,4% en las paritarias, es decir, un 43% y un 24% menos, respectivamente. Conforme se iguala la presencia de hombres y mujeres en las distintas profesiones, disminuyen las diferencias salariales.
